The only thing that did not work in our room was the coffee pot was broken and they were supposed to to send another which we never received. So just went downstairs to get coffee from the lobby.
The property was very beautiful and clean. You could tell it looked brand new.

Clean and nice hotel, everything looks fresh and neat. Close to Dickies Arena we came for the concert and stayed a night there. Accessible location and overall good feel.
Breakfast is total ripoff. Do not expect any continental breakfast. Sad droopy eggs and whatever. No one was satisfied.

Location and easy access. Clean room with everything you need.
On check out there were no baggage trolleys available. We had lots of equipment so it was 8 trips instead of 1. The property has 3 trolleys, we waited an hour and never saw one! We could not wait any longer. Selfish patrons unfortunately but the hotel should have back ups for busy periods.
