Great location right on the D River beach - OR beaches are all public 😃 so this means long walks on the beach in both directions to beautiful scenery including rocky tide pools. Last minute booking was easy and affordable and the staff were very kind with answering questions. Although they said there wouldn’t be a kettle the room had an electric kettle for our pour over coffee. I created a few gouache paintings while visiting the nearby beaches.

It wasn’t very clean - the kitchen floor was sticky and there were hairs from previous guests in various places. It had a musty aroma when we arrived but it cleared out pretty quick w the balcony door open. The road noise in the bedroom at the back of the rental was terrible so we ended up sleeping on the double Murphy bed in the living room with the ocean waves creating a nice white noise.

Room was clean and spacious. Included a broom/dustpan, vacuum, and foot bath which was really nice after visiting the beach. Plenty of extra towels and pillows-didn’t have to ask for anything. Noise levels from other guests were low. Balcony was amazing, perfect view right out to the ocean! Kitchen had lots of extras making every option possible. TV’s in living room and bedroom were very convenient. Our condo had lots of seating options both inside out on the balcony which was appreciated. Self check-in/out worked perfectly and was very simple to operate. Printed guide on the counter was very helpful. This property is right on the beach and has private beach access- #1 perk! Pool was also great-very kid friendly and hot tub was open! Front office staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly when I called with a question. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops and minutes from local grocery stores and shopping center. We will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend it to other families!

The parking can be a challenge, if you aren’t back to the parking lot by 8pm or earlier, you might not get a parking spot. The parking lot is narrow, not ideal for anything larger than a midsized vehicle. Wish there were designated feet washing stations outside the building. It can get a little warmer at night, bring a fan if you don’t like sleeping with the door open. 1-fan was provided in our room.
