We booked three rooms for our family, and we had the most wonderful vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, the location was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was well organized and taken care of, which made our stay completely stress-free. Of course, we have to give a special shout-out to JOMANA from the front desk! She was absolutely amazing and truly deserves a special mention. She is the “Mission Impossible” person of the hotel — no matter what the issue was, she always found a way to solve it, no matter the time! 👏👏👏 Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

The location was really good and close to the public beach, I could see the sea from my balcony, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jumana, I really appreciate their kindness and patience, and their recommendations about where to go, they are really our best ambassadors... We were also lucky to meet a nice taxi driver (Abu Farid) who helped us in reaching many attractions during our stay, also provided us with valuable information about Aqaba... Thanks for everything!
