Good size room with en-suite. Clean and comfortable, ample parking - couldn’t fault
Noise - can hear other guests in the kitchen and also walking above room. Although all were respectful once it got to 10pm

Good communication from the host. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Handy location for us. The property is excellent value for money.
It states on Booking.com that the Kitchen is ' private' this is not the case, ( but not surprising as the accommodation is sold as " rooms") There is only space for one car on the drive of the property. We could hear noise from the other rooms, including their 6.15 am alarm every morning!

Clean and modern
Other people staying there were noisy.
Converted council house in a slightly challenged part of town.
