The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator (a few steps to reach it), situated in the Lambrate neighborhood of Milan!
The surrounding neighborhood is lively and bustling, with shops, cafes, and amenities that make it easy and convenient to live in or visit. It’s an area that combines an urban atmosphere with residential spaces, perfect for those looking for a dynamic yet peaceful environment.

The 45-square-meter apartment is laid out as follows:
-LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, split AC, dining table, and kitchenette with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and kettle. Access to the balcony
-BEDROOM with a double bed, small TV, closet, and split AC. Access to the second balcony.
-BATHROOM with bidet, shower stall, and washing machine
Additional amenities available to guests: Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hair dryer
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
Please note that assistance for any issues related to self-check-in is available (remotely) until 10:00 PM.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the brand-new M4 line to Forlanini. From there, take the R34 train and get off at Lambrate Station, which is an 11-minute ride from the apartment.
- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna Station, where you can take the subway (M2) to Lambrate, which is 11 minutes away from the apartment.
- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M2 subway line to Lambrate.
- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for free on the street near the apartment (not guaranteed).
