Walk to Harlinsdale Farm and all the incredible restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, festivals and more that our city has to offer. This is a unique opportunity to be right in downtown Franklin while relaxing in the peaceful calm of a 15 acre private property with only one other home. Enjoy the views, which look out onto the horse pasture and barn from one side and a gorgeous, historic home from the other.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Franklin. It is conveniently located to the historic downtown district and The Factory on a beautiful 15 acre estate near the Harpeth River. We experienced a minor issue but our host Amy was very gracious and did her best to satisfy our concerns.

The owner was extremely accommodating and communicated very well with us before and during our stay.Location is just perfect to walk into town and many other attractions. Definitely recommending this adorable cabin on a beautiful property.

This quaint historic cabin on a beautiful property near downtown was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the peacefulness and the wildlife, too! Amy was a great host and very responsive. It was convenient to walk to either The Factory or downtown. Highly recommended!

Outstanding stay in a really cool location right between the Factory and downtown Franklin inside a gated area.Getting to the location was very easy as was the check-in process and stay. Most importantly, it was just as described in the posting. Very rustic, comfortable and laid out perfectly with your living area on one side, bathroom and shower in the middle, and bedroom on the other side.Our host was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We brought family in the area by to see it and she was very accommodating.We hope to stay again very soon here!
