Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at the popular Saida Towers Resort on South Padre Island—one of the largest and most sought-after vacation spots on the island. This is the perfect getaway if you’re looking for unbeatable beach access, plenty of space, and a great view, all at an affordable price.
Our condo offers plenty of room for families or groups, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area—comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and furnished balcony with a beach view make it easy to settle in and relax.
While the condo is clean, functional, and well-maintained, it is not a luxury unit. Some areas are a bit dated and could use a few touch-ups—but that’s why we’ve priced it to be one of the best values in the complex. If you're looking for a comfortable, no-frills place to stay with fantastic views and direct beach access, this is a great choice.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront rea sort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment due 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Condo was well kept and had a beautiful view from breakfast area.Beds were comfortable and kitchen had good amount of dishes and utensils.the only thing - the dishwasher was loud.outside area was very big with three pools.

Overall it was great and had some nice updates compared to other units. A couple of things that we noted were the bathrooms fans didn’t seem to work. There was a hairdryer in second bathroom but it did. It work. More hangers would have been nice in each of the closets, but again this didn’t impact us in a negative way….
