The room was clean and comfortable with effective air conditioning, a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delivered outside our room which was a nice surprise! A huge amount of food which was very kind.
The approach to the building could be more inviting but I expect that is not within the control of the property owners.

Very close to the ruins. Excellent airconditioning; rare in Italy
Very generous Italian breakfast
Very accommodating when we arrived early. Super helpful
Very poor wifi
No handwash for use after toilet

We loved staying here. The location was great for the archeological site but we loved the neighborhood. We could easily walk to places to eat.
They were wonderful to work with helping us arrange for transportation. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was a feast. We highly recommend staying here.
