Lovely hotel located in the main square and close by in walking to both railway stations. Room was a good size and super comfy bed. The staff were very helpful and attentive in the hotel and cafe. Breakfast was perfect! Nice cafe attached to the hotel which did amazing cakes and ice cream! Perfect stay in a great hotel and certainly value for money!
Shower was on the small side but it worked fine

The location to the ruins makes the hotel. The smaller entrance avoids the crowds at the main entrance
We did not have hot water.

This Hotel is literally at the doorstep of the Cathedral which made it a perfect stay for the wedding we attended there. From dropping off our luggage at the front door, to easy parking very close by, to the early check in we asked for, from the simple and friendly check in process, we could not have asked for more. Nicola, Paola and Rosanna were happy to accommodate any request and explained the benefits of breakfast and discount on purchases from the cafe downstairs.

Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff. Manager went above and beyond to be helpful. Comfortable beds and good towels.
No hot water in shower!! Our room 119 had very small shower cubicle.
No actual facility for drinks in hotel itself so no room service . No toilet facility on ground floor. Hotel with this location could be much more.
