Pompei Sunday Estate "Exclusive rooms"

There were four of us on this trip so we booked two rooms. One of the top floor, one on the floor just below. Both have stairs to get to, no lift. We managed just fine, but we had quite a bit of luggage as we were travelling for quite some time and there were four of us to lift the luggage up, so didnt bother us, but may be a problem for some people. Both rooms were amazing. The top floor included a very small kitchen, bedroom, shower and the most amazing large terrace with fabulous views, I cant tell you how amazing it is..We all spent quite a bit of time together on roof top terrace. The other room just below ( where my husband and I slept) more modern, very nice room, has a balcony and much larger kitchen than the one upstairs. We didn't use the balcony as we were using upstairs for outdoor space. Honesty , you wouldn't use the balcony if you were in our situation and had use of the roof terrace. We did , however use the kitchen in the lower room as much better than upstairs accommodation. We would absolutely stay here again.

The parking can be hit and miss. Most of the time we were fine, but it is a fairly small car park, which the shop owners seem to share with the accommodation upstairs. There are two or three places you could eat there very close by, but nothing special, so if wanting a meal out, you need to either drive or get a cab. We drove to the very close large supermarket ( we did walk it, but called husband to pick us up due to too much shopping to carry) ..very well stocked supermarket. The balcony in the room is facing the main road, so pretty noisy. Basically, if a balcony / outdoor space of no importance, take the room we had, if outdoor space is important to you, take the top floor room which my daughter had with her boyfriend.

We enjoyed this location. Cosy apartament, easy to check in, hosts were very polite and even they brought an iron when we asked about it. Price was very good, we definitely will come back.

Appartement bien situé pour rayonner sur les sites alentours, bien équipé, avec un hôte réactif et soucieux de proposer des solutions pratiques (visites, parking, facilités, besoins matériels)

Emplacement très bruyant du fait de sa proximité avec une route très fréquentée, avec des activités (garage, proximité avec l’autoroute, intersection routière) générant du bruit très tôt le matin jusque tard dans la nuit.

La terraza es lo único que se salva de la habitación, excelentes vistas, todo bastante limpio. La cafetería de debajo del apartamento donde el cruce de la autovía estupenda, barata y el servicio excelente. La que esta al lado del tabachi mas cara y un poco desagradables.

La cama es horrible, súper blanda y molesta, "casualmente" tuvimos un problema con el agua durante toda la estancia, llegamos el primer día y no había agua por un problema de la cañería, "casualidad" que cada ducha que intentábamos darnos se cortaba el agua como si cerrarán la llave de paso del agua. La bañera no pudimos utilizarla, la piscina de la terraza 50 euros al día de uso a mayores, no la utilizamos, la hamaca estaba rota no pudimos usarla, la cocina sin salida de humos, una vitrocerámica de juguete que apenas pudimos cocinar unos yatekomos y unas hamburguesas que tardamos 1 hora en cocinar, la nevera lo único salvable de la cocina. Encontramos durante toda la estancia varios ciempiés y escalopendras que rondaban el pasillo exterior de la habitación, a mi pareja casi le da un infarto. La ubicación o alquilas un coche o puedes morir, esta en un polígono alejado de la mano de dios, caminando al ras de los coches sin posibilidad de ir con las maletas andando desde la estación de tren de pompei scavi, los taxis para 5 minutos en coche carisimos y un peligro andar por los arcenes. Fuimos al supermercado y casi nos atropellan 3 veces intentando cruzar, muy mala zona para ir a pie. No tenia lavadora en el apartamento, pero sin agua poco se puede lavar.
