The house is spacious and very conveniently located for exploring Los Angeles, with easy access to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica and other areas. We also appreciated the parking, two bathrooms, good shower pressure, backyard and outdoor space. Check-in with the door code was straightforward, and the linens and towels provided were clean.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and were the biggest drawback for us. There were also several housekeeping and turnover details that could use more attention: the dryer was still full of clean towels and linens when we arrived, some refrigerator/drawer areas were taped up, and the kitchen was missing some basic items, including regular drinking glasses. We contacted the host about the glasses but did not receive a response. There were also a few small details that made the property feel as though it could use a more thorough check between guests. For example, instructions were provided for disposing of trash, but some of the corresponding basic supplies/items were missing. In addition, landscaping work with a leaf blower started around 8:00 a.m.; for a vacation rental, scheduling that somewhat later in the morning would be much more guest-friendly.
