Beautifully decorated modern house within walking distance of centre of Holt, which is a lovely town.
Lovely clean bathrooms, shower and bath and handy downstairs toilet.
Very short drive to N Norfolk coast - ideal base for exploring and on main route to most areas.
Ample parking and comfy garden for good weather.
Recommended.
Missed a microwave for ease of porridge, scrambled egg etc for breakfast - although kitchen had everything else and was lovely comfy bright room to work and eat.

The property far exceeded our expectations. It was furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. It had an excellent comfy king-size bed, a good shower, and a well fitted kitchen with plenty of essential appliances to make it a " home from home.""" The garden was well furnished and private. It was a level 15-minute walk into town.
It is one of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed in..
We couldn't fault it and would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a residential area - very quiet and safe. An easy 15-20 min (flat) walk into Holt centre. The host (Lizzy) was very clear with her joining instructions and responded quickly to any questions. A great base to explore North Norfolk.
The kitchen was very well equipped - the addition of a microwave would be helpful.
The sofa is quite low - not the easiest for us oldies......
