Perfect for a night or two, we stopped here on our way to Yasawa Islands. The room was clean and fresh and the pool was nice. Cheap food and breakfast included. Elevator available to the rooms which was nice with lots of luggage. Great location near the airport and close to a big grocery store.

Staff tried to be helpful but was really slow and sometimes confused or maybe did not understand. Check-in took 1-2h since the room was not ready (even tho we came well after check in time) and reception was really slow overall. We also ordered food multiple times and even if we were the only guests eating at that time it took around 45mins to make 5 meals.

We had prebooked a room for 3 then had to change it to a room for 4 on arrival as another grandchild turned up. Paid and extra $80 for a luxury???? room. Room was unclean. Kitchen out of the ark. Bathroom really disappointing. Old and had to step over the bath to get into the shower. Only 2 towels supplied for 4 people. TV didn't work, Internet didn't work. Rooms balcony backed onto Queens Drive (noisy). On our way home stayed in 314 which was way nicer. Would rebook that room but not the room on the second floor in the block opposite the reception/dining area.
