This place is just "OK". The good: it was clean, in a good location, mostly quiet, fairly well equipped. The issues we had: door code did not work on check-in. Had to call/text and get someone to re-program the door lock while waiting after a long day of travel.Several things did not work: the TV was broken, one of the ceiling fans did not work, 2 floor lamps did not work, bulbs out in the kitchen. A maintenance guy was friendly and helpful and was able to fix the burned out lightbulbs and within a day, get us a new TV. The other problems were never addressed. This place feels like no-one really cares that much about how it's maintained. The hallways were not very clean. Front door to the building pretty battered. The pool was clean, but the grounds around the pool were full of weeds and not very clean. This is a very spacious apartment. Despite what the listing says, it's a 2 bedroom unit. The layout is just odd, with kitchen/eating area and 2nd bathroom up a rattling spiral staircase so you need to be comfortable with that.
