Очень уютная комната и приятно было провести в ней время. Еще раз вернемся сюда

Very cosy. The cabin rooms were smaller but waking up to snow in the mountains is priceless.
The hotel manager, Fara? He was tremendously helpful, speaks English, nice and very accommodating to all 11 of us. He helped us with everything including bargaining the transport down to Almaty.
Restaurant in the hotel was tasty
