Safety, cleanliness and comfortability.
The welcoming was warm to a point that I didn’t notice anything I didn’t like.

I loved the room, open and spacious, the back door to the smoking area was a beautiful surprise to see. Well designed and well kept.
It would be great to consider a long term rental for some of your rooms. 6 to 12 months for whatever it's worth. The place is gorgeous.
The remote for the AC was placed in a cupboard😅 we looked everywhere for it to heat up the room in the night, and could only find it the morning of the check out when I was looking for a Bible. Most Easy Stays and other guest houses I have been in have bibles in their pedastals next to the bed, lo and behold, there's the remote for the AC😅
I'd recommend that you add a bottle or 2 of water in the fridge. However I am extremely happy with this facility.

The place is clean and newly renovated. Covers all basic necessities. Value for money.
The bed was not comfortable at all. No headboard and mats.
