The apartment was The apartment is spacious, bright, and was clean. The building is quiet and its location is excellent. It’s well connected to the subway, with supermarkets nearby, and close to a shopping area and several coffee shops.
Downsides: third floor accessible by a staircase that isn’t very well maintained; it needs blackout curtains on the windows; and there’s a problem with the shower drain, which is letting in an odor.
