Na Sook Wellness Resort

Jeg elsker Na Sook 100% fra Ideen bag, køkkenet, prisen og serviceniveauet til de mulige aktiviteter på stedet. Her er ro væk fra Ao Nang som ligger tilpas tæt på hvis man vil have turistliv i overflod. Vi kunne som familie sagtens ha været på Na sook længere tid end de 4 dage vi var der.

We chose the breakfast buffet for our stay and it was incredible! The food selections were fresh, healthy and delicious. They had Thai dishes and common American breakfast items. The buffet always had fresh fruit, homemade butter, homemade yogurt, and the best of all was the homemade pineapple jam. I hope one day they decide to teach a class on how to make that jam. I ate it every day.

While all staff was very kind I do believe the front desk staff needs more training on communication. We wanted to sign up for one of the additional classes they offered and the front desk team said they would get back to us. Two days later we had to follow up with them and they still didn’t have an answer for us yet. After breakfast on the third day we went into the office to ask again and they mentioned that they couldn’t get ahold of the instructor. This was okay, they still offered other activities so we signed up for a sound bath. When we went to the sound bath class the instructor never showed up. There were a handful of guests waiting around until I called the front desk and again they said sorry the instructor was sick. Again, this wasn’t a problem but the communication was very poor.

I servizi sono inesistenti, alla reception parlano poco inglese ed è difficile comprendere o farsi comprendere. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in casa, ci hanno cambiato alloggio e c’era un topo abbastanza grosso sul patio. È immerso nella natura, ci sta, ma forse troppo rispetto a quanto abbiamo pagato. Inoltre, è lontano da Ao Nang ed è difficile trovare taxi la sera e alla reception non offrono alcun servizio di trasporto. La lavatrice funzionava (a pagamento) ma l’asciugatrice no.
