The staff were friendly and helpful, brought me food quickly after a long journey which was nice. And the check in was smooth. The room was good size and the bed was comfy and there was hot water. It’s close to the train station.
There was no toilet paper in the room when I asked for some I was shown the sprayer but that doesn’t help women?! There was also no sheet to sleep under only a blanket which clearly isn’t washed between guests so I had to ask for a sheet to sleep under. Also the surfaces were all dirty in the room. Definitely definitely not worth the full amount, I paid £12 for one night but that’s still too expensive for this place!

Location near New Jalpuguri railway station
It was dirty. They locked the stairwell with a padlock from outside so if there was a fire we would have been trapped. It was still locked at 9.30 am in the morning.
