Absolutely everything was perfect. We spent 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment. It’s a basement apartment, so although there was no windows out, there were skylights in the ceiling from pavements above. It was complete silence as though we were in a bunker. The whole world completely shut out, anything could have been going on and we were oblivious. Just perfect for 2 girls to chill and relax. Going to Tesco metro round the corner every morning was how we found out if we needed coats for our day. The tube station was literally 5 mins walk away and this got us to Camden Town (for shopping) the West End (for a show) and sadly Euston Rail Station to go home ☹️ The beds were super comfy, as was the tempur memory foam pillows. Underfloor heating kept us warm and the shower, super hot in a beautifully decorated bathroom. There was nothing more we needed, and I cannot thank Alandro enough. Finally I do have to also say Diana and her Husband next door, who let us into the apartment were super friendly, super helpful and a delight to meet and chat to each morning. We have enjoyed ourselves so much, we are already planning a return visit early next year. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family and will definitely NOT stay anywhere else when visiting London if this is available.

The only thing missing was a small saucepan in the kitchen / milk pan. But it wasn’t an issue as we just used the microwave.

Quiet, clean, modern, plenty of room & well equipped. Convenient location for West Kensington tube or Barons Court. Would stay again.

The flat was lovely, good layout and flow. The property was well equipped. It’s a home away from home. Good location for underground and bus transport. It’s also near several grocery stores and restaurants. The lady who checked us in was very nice. (sorry i forgot her name)

L'accueil par les gestionnaires a été parfait. Très gentils, très réactifs. Le logement est à 5 min d'un accès métro, sur une ligne bien desservie, ce qui rend le logement très bien placé pour visiter Londres. Le logement, même en sous sol, est très lumineux, très bien équipé et calme. Il vient d'être remis en état, ce qui le rend très agréable sur cet aspect. Il y a une superette très complète à 2 pas, ce qui permet d'improviser un repas et de quoi agrémenter un petit déjeuner. Les gestionnaires ont une solution de garde de bagages très pratique lorsque l'on arrive avant la remise des clefs et lorsqu'on quitte le logement tôt. C'est un plus pour profiter des journées d'arrivée et de départ.

Le logement n'indiquait pas qu'il était en sous sol à notre réservation. Cela a été corrigé ensuite. On ne peut pas faire de courant d'air pour aérer le logement, la ventilation mécanique fait le job.
