Great location, very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in, comfy bed and everything we needed for a short stay. Would happily stay again.

The private toilet is just outside the studio, but it’s lockable and exclusively for the apartment, so it wasn’t really an issue for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, only around a two-minute walk from West Kensington station, which made getting around London really easy. The studio was on a higher floor, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was a nice little seating area where we could have breakfast in the morning. Having the coffee machine was a nice touch too. Check-in was straightforward and overall it was a really convenient and comfortable base for London.

The shower is inside the studio, but the toilet is just outside in the hallway. We knew this before booking and it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The toilet is completely private, lockable and only for the use of this studio, so in practice it was absolutely fine.

I have some mixed feelings about my stay. I wasn't able to see which specific room I had booked, so I was expecting a nice apartment/studio with a bit more living space, such as a couch, rather than a small room with just a bed and a kitchenette right next to it. I also hadn’t noticed that the toilet wasn’t inside the room, so that was a little unexpected and uncomfortable. The room was definitely more cheaply finished than it appeared in the pictures, although it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also occasionally a smell of smoke, which wasn’t ideal. I was excited to see the rooftop area in the pictures but what I assume is the way there was not inviting so sadly I didn't go there. The location was okay. It was easy to get to the popular areas within around 30 minutes, and depending on what you’re used to, the area felt reasonably safe. The building itself also felt fairly secure, with plenty of cameras. There were a few moments when people were hanging around in the downstairs hallway, and on two occasion people were crying and had their belongings blocking part of the hallway, which was a little uncomfortable. On the last night, the electricity ran out in the middle of the night. This caused a very bright light above the door to turn on and stay on for several hours, which didn't allow me to sleep. In the morning I received an electricity top-up code in time to charge my phone before travelling home. Overall, the stay was okay for the price and booking very last-minute, but there were several things that I found disappointing or unexpected and wouldn't stay here again.
