Heritage Ham Long Hotel & Spa

This was the first lodging on our SE Asia trip, and the breakfast spoiled us for the rest of our tour: so varied and delicious! We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had a delicious dinner with amazing views if Hanoi.

Loved this hotel. Luxurious, modern and clean room. Rooftop hotel bar and pool, as well as a restaurant and spa in the hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind. Had an amazing spa treatment. Location is great as many restaurants and shops close by. Staff helped arrange transpiration to the airport.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional stay. From the moment of arrival, the establishment delivers an unparalleled hospitality experience, seamlessly blending sophisticated elegance with supreme comfort. The accommodations are meticulously designed, offering pristine cleanliness, refined decor, and state-of-the-art amenities. Furthermore, the staff demonstrates an extraordinary level of professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring every guest's need is met with grace and efficiency. Whether you are traveling for leisure or business, this hotel provides a tranquil oasis and a truly memorable experience. It is, without a doubt, a premier choice.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Thoughtful staff. Excellent value.
