Fully equipped facility with enough space for 2-3 people.
The path from the station to the property at night might be a bit uncomfortable for a woman travelling alone.

It was close to a great Chinese restaurant and close to the airport. I am not sure I can comment well on the cost because we were near Berlin and I am not used to staying there. The host helped us a great deal with finding things and taxis, etc. The host was super nice.
The internet went out often and so it was hard to watch a show or do work. It was very warm. The host brought over a fan, which was nice, but it was still very warm to sleep one of the nights. The next day was cooler and then it was fine.
