The host is super friendly, happy to help all the time. The place is clean, confortable and is really lime a paradise! We chose it also becausr of the dive center on the other aide of the island, few min walk. There you can get a beer and watch a beautiful sunset

Be ready to shower the Indonesian way with a bucket of water and use it also to drain the toilet.

Their kindness, hospitality, and genuine warmth made our stay truly unforgettable. The food was amazing! Every day we had something different, always fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. After a full day exploring Raja Ampat, coming back to such tasty homemade meals was a real treat. We also highly recommend booking the tours with Feki. Not only does he take you to all the planned spots, but he also knows some incredible hidden places and added beautiful snorkeling stops along the way. This made our excursions even more special and allowed us to discover some truly breathtaking spots. Thank you so much, Feki and family, for these unforgettable five days. J'ai tout aimé, les repas sont excellents, le homestay est très propre, la salle de bain est parfaite, cette île est le paradis sur Terre. La famille qui tient ce homestay est d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande générosité, Féki le père de cette famille à tout fait pour qu'on ce sente comme chez nous et il à réussi, c'est enfants sont très sages et c'est impressionnant de les voir aidé leur père et leur mère dans les tâches quotidiennes, ont a été émue de voir des enfants aussi heureux et rigoler tout le temps. Féki nous a amené voir Piaynemo et faire du snorkeling et ce fut une journée parfaite. Venez chez Merpati Homestay et vous allez vivre un moment d'émotion et enfin vivre en paix et paisiblement auprès de cette famille. Notre passage de 6 jours chez Merpati homestay restera gravé a jamais dans nos mémoires et je reviendrai c'est sûr et certains. Merci du fond du cœur et infiniment.

The best place we stayed at in the whole of Raja Ampat. Cabin right on the beach, amazing view, reef, sea was calm with no current so ideal, sharks right on our doorstep, absolutely amazing! The food was incredible, the family running it were the best, we had a lovely snorkelling day with the owner, thanks to him we saw a manta ray when it wasn't season for mantas! There is a diving school on the other side of the island which is about three minutes walking distance, which makes this island the best ever! The island was mindblowing beautiful.

Only electricity in the evenings for a few hours, but understandable due to the remotness of the island.
