The place is nicely decorated, clean, and the living space is spacious. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms and a washing machine (no dryer). There is a drying rack. The host includes a lovely roasted grain breakfast cereal with pourable yougurt which we really enjoyed and a bag of ground coffee. The kitchen seems well equipped, and laundry pods, dishwasher pods, a sponge, sugar for the coffee are all provided. There is a coffee machine, electric tea kettle, dishwasher which all work well. The balcony is welcome. Most of the windows open. You can walk to old town, to Rotterman area and to another area that's a bit less touristy in the other direction. We found many good restaurants (Radio, Salt, Osteria Moderna) within walking distance, as well as the bakeries Rost and Levier. The host let us check in early and gave us the option for a late checkout. She checked in throughout the trip as well. Incredibly friendly and available. We had no problems during our three night visit. We have stayed in very many vacation rentals and this is one of the nicest. We would definitely stay again.

These are minor concerns but might be helpful for other renters to know. The apartment was warm, even with the windows open at night. The apartment does not get remotely dark at night. Light comes in the blinds in all the rooms. There is no shampoo, soap etc in the shower. Kleenex would be nice. The bed has a memory foam topper on it, which makes the bed very warm. While the apartment includes beds for 6, only one bed was made up when we visited. We would have appreciated being able to pick the bed to sleep in and being able to access extra pillows, etc. If you are coming from the US, note the beds do not have a flat sheet. I'm sure we could have asked for a flat sheet or to use a different bed but we just never had the time and didn't want to go to the trouble.

Un apartamento muy limpio y amplio. Éramos 7 personas y no tuvimos problemas para dormir. Todo es como en las fotos y hay muchos productos de limpieza y cocina por si queréis cocinar. Además nos dejaron alimentos para probar platos típicos estonios. ¡Muy buenos!

Lo único es que para ir al centro histórico está a 20 minutos andando, pero bueno, está muy bien conectado al transporte público.
