Location was super convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the city. The apartment is spacious and feels very homey with its tasteful decor.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Instructions to key box was clear . Couch was very comfy great views , clean well resourced.

but there was no room number on the fob/key so we had no idea what room or floor we were going too. So I had to call HOUST this was inconvenient and unnecessary. The multiple emails to can approval to stay where tiresome

Perfect location. Comfy bed!

Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard - mould in bathrooms, washing leftover in dishwasher from last guests. Facilities (sauna, gym etc) all require maintenance and cleaning. It would also help if there were instructions for the use of facilities including sauna etc. For any future events that shut down the city, including access/leaving the properties address, it would be greatly appreciated if it’s mentioned at the time of the check in information being provided. Although I know this is outside of the host’s requirements, I have received this before and it makes for a smooth transition during check out (we were stuck down the lane way near the carpark for over an hour). Check out was also confusing as you need both sets of keys to remove the car from the carpark but only one set of keys fit inside the lock box so once you’ve exited the car, you then have to return to the property to return the fob key to the bench. One set of keys (with the fob) would make this so much easier!
