フロントサービスは三流。
コンドミニアム的なホテルだったのか、チェックインに戸惑った。フロントは鍵の受け渡しに関知していないのか、他言語にも対応せず、機能も用意せず、『知らない、そちらでやってください』の一点張りでサポートする気なし。
困っていても関係ないというスタンスは、これからオリンピックを控えているエリアとは思えないホスピタリティ。ホテル、フロントの『こういうケースでは、こうしてあげよう』という誠実な統制は一切感じなく、スタッフ個々人の性格やレベルに委ねている印象が強い。

The property was in a perfect location, fantastic size, check in and out process was a breeze and communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and well sized. Very happy with our stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Location was great.
I wasn’t able to finish the check-in details until they sent another message which didn’t happen until I was travelling to the destination which made it difficult as I was driving on my own. Navigating the Brisbane CBD and trying to find the NightOwl to pick up the keys was very frustrating plus the car park entrance was hard to find. Totally ruined the mood for a pleasant stay.
