Very nice and cozy apartment, industrial style, different from what you usually experience elsewhere. We enjoyed it very much, the lights and switches were extra amazing. New fully equiped kitchen, fridge, big TV. Also the bathroom design was very unique. Enough place for parking in a place behind the gate was just a chery on the top.
Location is near to the City Center and trams that will get you anywhere, but also on the edge of the worst city part in Brno. We were with little kid, didn't notice or experience anything bad, but did the homework before booking.

Nice, new apartment in the industrial style. Everything was clean and prepared. The apartment is well equipped with everything I would need. It has even dishwasher and other handy stuffs. The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed staying here.
