It's clean, complete amenities (ironing addition will be great), bright, fast wifi, washing machine with fragrant detergent and softener, good hot water AC, quiet residential surroundings, complete amenities for kitchen.
The location is not too far from Shin Koiwa station. However from the main road to the house, tjere is a steep walking. At first, it is only slopy uphill, but at tje end, requires walking through staircases (about 20 stairs). It is not suitable for people with walking disabilities, elders.
