Quiet location, beautiful spectacular views of the golf course and ocean. Comfortable beds and good shower.
all the equipment worked eg heating, oven stove microwave kettle
The one way road to property and the need to reverse all the way back out onto the street
The poorly lite uneven brick steps to the property, the dirt mud driveway and concern about bringing in mud into the house.
The step into a bath for a shower may be harder for older residents, the hard to turn off old copper taps in the bathroom
