Location was perfect for our visit! Close to hiking trails, Garden of the Gods, mini-golf. Everything was great with the rental space. The arcade room was a huge hit with the kids.
It should be made clearer in the listing that the arcade and laundry room are SHARED facilities with the other rental house next door. We thought we had rented the entire space.

Good location. Game room is awesome for kids. Well equipped clean kitchen.
Unfortunately mattress in master bedroom was deformed. Never seen such before. They promised to exchange after our stay. Fingers crossed. Three of the dining chairs were broken, two of them laying outside in the dirt, one in the storage room. All three bedrooms have very ineffective shades. Black out curtains would be an effective improvement!!
