Staff are really helpful, before we reach the property we have been assisted via constant email and calls / watsapp. A very exclusive feeling because the place is not crowded, always peaceful and respected with all guests. I like the pool water temperature, the lifeguard is helpful. The house is designed to relax, a family stay. Interiors are fantastic.
None.

Location and standard of the apartment was good. Allowed my dogs to stay at the apartment aswell. Host communicated well with me and accommodated for my requests even though it was a last minute booking.
Only issue i had was the parking directions weren’t clear aswell as the staff in the apartment building give me wrong parking instructions.

Location only
There was an unpleasant smell in the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen utensils, including pots and cups, also had an unpleasant odor.
The exhaust fan in the guest bathroom was not working, and the water tap was broken.
The most unpleasant issue was that when using hot water in the bathtub, brown-colored water came out, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.
