The apartment is very conveniently located near Carrefour, right next to the building entrance. with nice view to the canal. The east-facing balcony avoids the afternoon sun, which makes it very comfortable. The underground parking has direct access to the building lift, making it easy to carry luggage. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furniture is very comfortable. The mattresses are of good quality, and the sheets and pillows are very clean and feel pleasant.
The mattress could be improved for greater comfort. Additionally, the blackout in the main room could be enhanced, as my wife is very sensitive to sunlight.

The location is excellent with a stunning view, and the team is extremely helpful. They guided us every step of the way, ensuring we reached the apartment safely and had all the necessary information.
Nothing at all. All is perfect and highly recommended.
