Damage Waiver Policy
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver
Other Things to Note:
▵ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
▵ Late Check Out: Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
▵ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
▵ Pet Fee is $100 per pet.
▵ We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
▵ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
▵ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
▵ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
▵ Pool heating:
If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September. Pool heating fee: $350 first day, $250 every day after.
▵ Hot Tub/Pool:
- Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
- Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
- No drinking in the hot tub, please.
- Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
▵ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
