Step outside to a spacious outdoor area ideal for lazy afternoons in the sun. The generous yard offers plenty of room for kids to run, play, and explore, while adults can unwind and enjoy the gentle sea breeze.

Inside, the bach’s simple, cosy interiors feature cute vintage details and thoughtful touches that make it feel like home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen and living area flow comfortably, creating a relaxed space to gather after days spent at the beach or exploring nearby trails.

Set just a three-minute walk from Whangamatā beach and an eight-minute walk to the Whangamatā Surf Club, spend your days surfing the waves or soaking up the sun while taking leisurely strolls along the shore. Directly opposite, a convenient store is just a one-minute walk away, and the heart of Whangamatā - with local shops, restaurants, and bars - is only a short three-minute drive from the property.

With its timeless Kiwi bach charm and unbeatable location, The Carolyn promises a memorable coastal escape where you can truly relax and reconnect.

As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.
