Great location, easy to park. Love that there was a cafe for coffee downstairs right on property. Easy walk to downtown and loved that Carter house was across the street for a historical tour. Relatively easy to walk to downtown Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Home was exceptional, better than pictures, and very clean. Property included essentials like keurig cups, paper towel, toilet paper, and bath essentials that were the perfect amount for our stay. We travelled with my in laws so the setup was perfect - my husband, myself, and 2 kids had the 2 bedroom side and my in laws had the 1 bedroom side. Everyone had their own space, own kitchen, but could mingle easily and hangout when we wanted. We plan on coming back to Franklin and would not hesitate to book this property again. One thing to note is that there are only stairs to access the property, but that was clear on the listing. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back soon.

Super clean, great location. Could use some basics such as iron/ironing board or steamer. Possibly mattress toppers on the beds as they are a bit firm.Otherwise, great place!
