Die Wohnung lag super nah an der Promenade und an der super leckeren Eisdiele "77"(absolut empfehlenswert) Die Gastgeberin war problemlos per E-Mail bei allen Fragen erreichbar.

An der Wohnung gibt es nichts nennenswertes auszusetzen. Für unseren Geschmack waren die Nächte immer ziemlich laut wegen Verkehr und vor allem der Müllabfuhr, aber wegen der Wärme mussten die Fenster offen bleiben. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Hinweis: der Parkplatz kostet 25 Euro pro Woche. Der Strandzugang ist entlang der ganzen Promenade komplett privatisiert und muss deshalb extra bezahlt werden,

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hätten uns auch jederzeit bei unserer Gastgeberin melden können. Die Wohnung bot alles, was man brauchte und die Lage war hervorragend! Jederzeit wieder!

Helpful co‑host — Ilaria was excellent throughout our stay. She met us on arrival, was warm and welcoming, and was extremely helpful with any questions or issues. Great location — The apartment is in an ideal spot: close to the beach, about 20 minutes’ walk from the station, and surrounded by good restaurants. Clean and well equipped — The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom is spacious, and although the other two rooms are smaller, they are comfortable. Functional furnishings — The furnishings are a little dated but functional and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Be aware that the air conditioning is in the living room and hallway but not in the bedrooms.

Extra linen charges — There is an additional €7 per person charge for towels and €7 per person for bed linen. This only became clear after booking, so it would be helpful if these costs were listed more transparently upfront. Strict rules and fines — The apartment has a number of strict rules, including fines for not following a detailed rubbish‑disposal schedule and for sand left in the shower. After beach days, avoiding sand completely is difficult, and the tone of the guest information felt quite formal (photos attached). It would be better if these policies were clearly listed on the booking site so guests know what to expect. Challenging communication — Communication with the main host, Anna, was sometimes difficult. She was very insistent in her messages and calls, even during working hours, and there were misunderstandings about the timing of maintenance visits. Although we appreciated that it was high season, the manner and frequency of the communication made the stay less relaxing. Unresolved maintenance issues — During our stay, the living‑room electricity issue and a broken toilet seat were not resolved. Ilaria did her best to help, but clearer coordination and communication would have improved the experience.
