Communication. The owner only informed us of key pick up from a separate location 1 hour before we were allowed in. At this time we had returned our hire car and had to walk to the key pick up with luggage over 1 km get the keys then walk back with luggage. If we had of known all this we would have booked the hire car differently (then again who wants to drive around inner London more than they need too). We also had to walk the luggage to the key drop off 1km and get a taxi from there to the airport at 5am in the morning (why not simply lock up and put the keys through the doors mail slot).

One of the greatest advantages of the area is that everything is within arm’s reach — shops, restaurants, cultural attractions, and parks are all easily accessible. The bus and metro networks provide excellent connections, making every part of the city just minutes away. The check-in process was also extremely smooth — everything was clearly explained, and picking up and dropping off the keys was quick and easy.

Being in such a central location — especially right next to Victoria Station — comes with both advantages and drawbacks. The constant noise of arriving and departing trains can be heard around the clock, and without earplugs it can be quite hard to tolerate. A small but unfortunate detail was that there were no wine glasses in the apartment, so we had to drink wine from mugs.

Die Lage ist super, in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Busbahnhof und in ca 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Buckingham Palace

Kann den anderen Bewertungen nur zustimmen, leider habe ich diese vor der Buchung nicht gelesen!! Haben das Apartment zu dritt genutzt und extra in einer Nachricht um dritte Bettwäsche gebeten, aber keine bekommen. Handtücher waren auch nur für zwei Personen vorhanden. Es war eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, mehr nicht. Das Badezimmer ist absolut renovierungsbedürftig und leider stimmt es auch, dass im ganzen Appartement kleine gelbe Ameisen laufen. Zudem ähnelt es eher einer „Asylunterkunft“ in der wir uns (drei Mädels) abends nicht sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einmal als eine abends geduscht hat, konnte man durch das Badezimmerfenster einen Schatten von jemanden davor stehen sehen. Zudem muss man den Schlüssel an einem anderen Hotel (ein paar Straßen weiter weg) abholen und auch zurückbringen. Es fahren den ganzen Tag Züge an dem Apartment vorbei, die sehr sehr laut sind. Viele Sachen wie eine Leiste am Bettrand, der Wasserhahn in der Küche etc. waren kaputt. Dafür sollte man eine Kaution von 300€ hinterlegen. Wenn die Lage nicht so gut gewesen wäre und es nicht schon bezahlt gewesen wäre, hätten wir am liebsten unsere Sachen gepackt und wären wo anders hingegangen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!
