Staff were extremely friendly and the place was very clean and well kept. Very good location near the duomo of Florence.
There is no elevator so it was slightly inconvenient to carry my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. No air conditioning but it wasn’t super hot while I was and there was a fan in my room that worked extremely well. The bathrooms in the hotel are shared (which I also didn’t know before I booked), this wasn’t that much of an issue as the hotel wasn’t super busy so I didn’t have to share with too many other people, but this could be an issue if the hotel was super busy.
