Nice fluffy towels .Inexpensive compared to hotels. Keypad check-in. House easy to find; excellent directions provided by owners. Home-like atmosphere. Optional access to full kitchen. Electrical outlets close to bed. Night table with lamp.

No mention of having an INDOOR CAT. Common (guest) sofa covered in sheets if foil to deter cat from using sofa as a litter box. Cat “pooped” on common room and visible at check-out time. Dirty laundry hamper left out in front of microwave, sink, kettle, coffee machine for two days. “Garden view” is not from the rented room, but the common living room area (one flight of steps up). Shared bathroom facilities with TWO other guests..Basement rooms via TWO flights of stairs going down. Narrow desk not suitable as work area; dining chair too wide to use at the desk. Broken blinds (slats); suggest black-out drapes and sheer curtains instead. Unsure if sunroom sliding door/exit to garden is kept locked when not needed.

Warm welcome worth for money - feel at home with Martha's family did not get chance to miss home at all.

Simple, clean, perfect for a two-day professional trip in Peterborough. The owners are really friendly. We feel at home. I will be back next year again!
