From the reviews I didn’t expect much, but it turns out better than I thought. Location was quiet, perfect canal view, peaceful, bed was comfort
Mosquitoes if you left the windows open at night, location takes 20 minutes walking from popular locations

Staff (Yasin) was really friendly and welcoming. Immediately responses to queries over Booking.com and WhatsApp.
Good value for money (full room for a price similar to a dormitory bed).
Great location nearby the Fondamente Nova Vaporetto stations.
There is a kitchen with a fridge for common use.
I only had a fan and no air conditioning. Needed to leave my door open to get some cool air from the hallway.
Certain parts were not well maintained and old.
There are no clear markings for Zen Accomodations on the front door.
The listing on Booking.com can be deceptive if you don't pay close attention (Only deluxe rooms have canal views for example).

We had a beautiful view of the canal, comfortable bed, spacious room
Bathroom. It was in poor condition, with mold, and the hot water kept cutting out. If the host renovates the bathroom, I think the rating will increase significantly.
The room was very hot because there was no A/C, and the fan wasn’t enough to keep it cool
