A beautiful, spacious home with a huge kitchen, lovely garden, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Great facilities and plenty of room to relax.
Nothing significant. Just a bit of creaking from the upstairs floor, but it wasn’t an issue at all.

Parking was ample enough for a large works van
To be totally honest, the property seemed pretty unloved and was badly in need of maintainence. The overflow for the sink went straight into the garden, the front door lock was worn and did not work without a wiggle, the staircarpet was inexpertly fitting and soon to come away from the stairs and the two bedrooms floorboards amplified and footstep - very noisy.
