Room configuration, we were all able have individual beds. Lovely bathroom and shower. Nice big fridge. Easy to use and convenient washing machine and dryer.
Modern. Spacious. Clean.
Low ceilings, we hit our heads on numerous occasions and even on the corner of the cooker extractor hood.
Broken locks on toilet / bathroom doors.
Broken handles on a couple of bedroom doors.
Undesirable characters hanging around outside who approached us and our children a few times.
Bins from shop next door very smelly each time we approached the property.

Really impressed by the cleanliness and effort the hosts have put in to make the property feel good. From the quality of the outdoor decking to the space to the interior design which is very modern it was well heated too inside. Great to have washing facilities too for clothes. Hosts gave excellent communciation too. Easy park just outside after 5pm and all day Sunday otherwise just up/down road to park elsewhere if needed. Lots on offer nearby from Tescos (5 mins walk) and many restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Less than 30 mins from the famous waterfall walks and Pen Y Fan mountain too!
Some of the door handles inside were a little loose but the good news is the host responded very quicky to acknowledge my report.

Property was very suiting to our groups needs, the location was right in the town so getting all supplies was seamless
There was no dishwasher or appropriate wheely bins and parking is painful
