Loved the location, the room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The roof top "Iris" had a wonderful Brunch, beautiful view of the city. Love the soaker tub and shower combo. I took a nice hot bubble bath.
The front desk checked in via text to see how our stay was going and offered up suggestions for things to do in the city.
Didn't like the fact that house keeping didn't clean the room or leave extra towels from one night to the next. I had to call to get new towels. New sheets on the bed wheren't needed but would have been nice to come into a made bed. If they expected tips (which suggest cards where left asking for tips) if we had those services done we would have tipped. But that would not stop us from returning for another stay.

Location and the cleanliness of the room was wonderful.
A portion of my meal did not meet my expectations, but the server provided exceptional service to correct the issue.
