the staff is extremely nice and it was a pretty hotel!

our ac didn’t really work that well and we had to get a box fan to try to somewhat cool our room. there was also an insane amount of noise and yelling at midnight-all night.

great walkable downtown location and very comfortable bed

pre-paid breakfast was cold, incorrect orders, understaffed, dining area was half full and we still had a wait. they were out of many items, no juices. food was cold when it finally came. coffee was warm not hot. staff was rude and dismissive. check-in staff was awkward and unwelcoming. 20 dollar a day valet parking was inconvenient. They put free alcoholic punch in the lobby without a clear indication it contained alcohol. shower door was stuck and unable to close completely. Hallway was very noisy. tv remote was awkward and difficult to use.

The breakfast was so good & very fresh!

beautiful property in great location with restaurants on site and within walking distance. Loved the pool space, out door space, and seating areas in lobby with fireplace. Ate at Paloma on 10th floor, great views and food! Also ate breakfast both days at restaurant on ground floor. Great service, good food, but did serve me burnt on one side toast, which was turned over to hide😳. The juices (ie watermelon/basil) and potatoes with peppers were excellent! Loved The Marketplace. Great selections food, snacks, desserts, pastries, and drinks. Would say majority of staff top notch. See below for exception.

our room faced I-24 which was extremely noisy and caused issues with sleep. Ordered drinks and food to rooftop. Last order never showed despite numerous calls. Braedon in front desk assured 3 times taking care of situation but did not.

the bath shower had mold & on our last day there was a Cockroach coming out of the couch. I reported it when we left & the staff asked was we the one called about it that morning. so apparently our room was not the only one that had cockroaches.
