The location, the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the room. The staff was friendly, valet was fast. Overall it was not a bad stay.
The was an issue with room service when we went to order, so we had to call down (not a big deal, but then we did receive something wrong). We called to let them know our fridge was leaking and was not cold, they stated they would send maintenance but no one ever came. The coffee machine was not plugged in, we had to pull the fridge out from the cabinet from the wall to plug the machine in.

The breakfast was great. We paid in advance for breakfast, so we were given vouchers to use to order our food

Nice rooms, very convenient to walk anywhere you need to go.
Staff was a 1/10. Very rude. And the upstairs bartenders (especially the red head) extremely unpleasant and rude!
