Had such a wonderful stay, even if it was only one night. Great location. Yuliya the receptionist was amazing. Went above and beyond. Really appreciated her help with transportation and all her recommendations.

We had an amazing stay in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect — just a few seconds away from the Trevi Fountain, making it so easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Rome has to offer.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well looked after, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were exceptional — so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay especially because we have 4 kids with us.

Staff was super nice. We arrived late and thankful we could still check in. The room we stayed in was huge- nice change from smaller hotels. Location was great- right next to Trevi!
The AC!! We woke up in the middle of the night feeling like we were in a hot sauna! There isn't a way to get in touch with someone so we couldn't go back to sleep. It was too miserable and uncomfortable that we had to wake up and leave at 5am. We asked the hotel if they could do anything for us and they said no. Hotel is expensive and we don't feel we got what was advertised- AC.
