Excellent location in a lovely town with great accessible walks nearby.
We felt that parts of the property could have been cleaner, particularly the lounge and the stair carpet as they were not well hoovered.
The bathroom on the top floor had bits on the floor and was particularly smelly. I had to run lots of water in the shower over a period of a couple of days in order to get rid of the unpleasant odour. Not very impressed has we had been charged a £45.00 cleaning fee!
Also unable to close door fully in bedroom on top floor as the hinge appears to have been broken, all out of alignment.

Location was Ideal
Didn’t realise stairs in house & should have read it. We’re very steep. Having a back problem found this very uncomfortable.
Also found it very noisy at night.

Its location just off the High Street, outdoor seating, felt newly furnished & decorated. Owner very responsive.
Problems with accessing the property and a bit noisy at times, though mostly quiet at night.
