The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and shops are 300 meters away. Other beautiful beaches on the island are easily accessible by bike. Noirmoutier-en-l’Île town center is 3 km away.

Stays of 4, 5, 7, or 14 nights minimum, depending on the season.

For Easter vacation and the months of July and August, check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.

2 ground-floor bedrooms:

- First bedroom, double bed 140x200

- Second bedroom, bunk beds 90x200

The house features a private terrace at the back (southwest-facing) overlooking a small garden, with a dining table and chairs, a barbecue (during the summer season), and 2 lounge chairs.

One parking space is available on the property in front of the house; a second car can be parked in front of the house.

There is space to store bicycles in front of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction cooktops, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a raclette machine...
