The Neighborhood:

One of Portland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Alberta Arts is bursting with color, culture, and creativity. Murals line the streets, and you’ll find art galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, and food destinations. Walk to Salt & Straw for inventive ice cream flavors, grab brunch at Tin Shed Garden Cafe, or enjoy local beers at Great Notion. In summer, Last Thursday brings a lively open-air art walk with music and local vendors. Alberta Park is just a few blocks away for green space and a relaxing stroll. Here, downtown and the airport are reachable by car—allow for traffic while enjoying one of Portland's most beloved residential pockets.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're a block from NE Alberta Street in the Alberta Arts District, with cafes, restaurants, galleries, and shops within an easy walk. Alberta Park is a few blocks away.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Line 72 (Killingsworth/82nd Ave) runs on nearby NE Killingsworth St, with connections across the city. Check trimet.org for the best route downtown.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share serves the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is subject to posted signs and available spaces. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car; allow for traffic.



Other Things to Note:

This townhome has an adjacent, separate mother-in-law studio on the ground floor. That space has a locked door and may be occupied by another guest during your stay unless you book the townhouse and studio together. Some voices and footsteps may carry between the spaces.



• If you’d like the townhouse plus the queen studio, 2 bathrooms, and both entrances, please inquire about booking both spaces.



• This is a multi-level home with stairs between each floor. The ground-floor bedroom’s nearest bathroom is on the third floor, two flights up. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team cleans between stays, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
