Treat yourself to an unforgettable holiday in this enchanting holiday home with pool in an idyllic location.

This spacious villa is ideal for long-awaited family gatherings or socialising with friends. Look forward to a lovingly and comfortably furnished interior and conjure up delicious pasta dishes during communal cooking evenings, while others have fun at the pool table, dartboard or table tennis table. Chat about times gone by over a glass of wine or retreat to your favourite spot with a good book.

In the hot summer months, you can take a leisurely dip in the large pool first thing in the morning. Recharge your batteries on the sun lounger, fire up the barbecue in the evening and enjoy atmospheric meals under the romantic pavilion.

Hike through the Parco Naturale dei Monti Lucretili and visit the Marmore waterfalls. Enjoy regional specialities in the traditional trattorias of Rieti and Cantalice, visit medieval castles and take a boat trip on Lago del Turano.
